Privacy policy
Clear information about what we collect, why we use it, and how you can contact us about your privacy.
Effective date: October 3, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Tri Aviation Solutions handles information collected through triaviationsolutions.com and its quote, part-request, and contact experiences.
Tri Aviation Solutions is located at 1440 3rd Street, Unit 10, Riverside, CA 92507, USA. For privacy questions or requests, contact sales@triaviationsolutions.com or call 909-500-1663.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your first and last name, company or organization, email address, phone number and country code, aircraft part number, requested condition, quantity, and message. We collect only the fields needed to understand and respond to the request.
Our hosting, security, and email systems may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request time, referring page, and security logs. Please do not submit payment card information, government identification, export-controlled technical data, or other sensitive information through the website form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, source and quote aircraft parts, coordinate related services, communicate about a request, maintain business and quality records, protect the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
For visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the relevant legal basis may include taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing our services, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required for an optional service.
How information is shared
Submitted inquiries are sent through Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 to our sales mailbox. Our hosting, deployment, security, and email providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website and respond to requests. We require service providers to use information only for authorized business purposes where applicable.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of people, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Contact page provides external Google Maps links rather than automatically loading a map. Google may process information under its own privacy terms when a link is opened.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry information while we are handling the request and generally for up to 24 months after the last related activity, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for a transaction, quality record, legal obligation, dispute, security investigation, or other documented business purpose. Microsoft 365 mailbox retention settings may apply to copies of inquiry emails and sent items.
When information is no longer needed for a stated purpose, we delete it or securely de-identify it where reasonably possible. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we process, including server-side validation, access controls, secure transport, input limits, origin checks, and rate limiting. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies, tracking, and browser signals
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregated traffic and site usage, such as page views, top pages, referrers, and general visitor and device information. Vercel Web Analytics is configured to avoid personal identifiers that track or cross-check visitors across different applications or websites. The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking for marketing, and we do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California privacy law.
Because we do not conduct cross-site behavioral advertising, there is no advertising opt-out required for the present site configuration. We will review applicable Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and similar signals if our data practices change. We will update this policy and obtain consent where required before introducing advertising, cross-site behavioral tracking, or other optional third-party services that require it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to know what personal information we process, access or receive a copy of it, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, and complain to a privacy regulator.
To submit a privacy request, email sales@triaviationsolutions.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized requests. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain if an exception applies.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, subject to its applicability and exceptions. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
International transfers
Tri Aviation Solutions is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international transfers and make relevant information available upon request.
Children and external links
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the inquiry forms.
The website may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and you should review those policies before submitting information to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, vendors, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the effective date, and provide additional notice where required for a material change.
